Warranty Policy

Duration

We offer a 30-Day Limited Warranty on eligible products from the date of delivery.


Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:

  • Defects in stitching or construction
  • Faulty workmanship
  • Manufacturing faults affecting product performance upon arrival

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by improper storage or cleaning
  • Water, chemical, or environmental damage after use

How to Claim a Warranty

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@zakakicks.shop with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos or videos showing the defect
    • Short description of the issue
  2. Our support team will review your request.
  3. If approved, we will provide one of the following resolutions:
    1. Replacement of the product (if available), or
    2. Store credit equal to the product value

Important Notes

  • Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Zaka Kicks.
  • Claims must be submitted within the 30-day warranty period.
  • Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or intentionally damaged.
  • Zaka Kicks reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet warranty requirements.
