Duration
We offer a 30-Day Limited Warranty on eligible products from the date of delivery.
Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including:
- Defects in stitching or construction
- Faulty workmanship
- Manufacturing faults affecting product performance upon arrival
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by improper storage or cleaning
- Water, chemical, or environmental damage after use
How to Claim a Warranty
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- Short description of the issue
- Our support team will review your request.

If approved, we will provide one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of the product (if available), or
- Store credit equal to the product value
Important Notes
- Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Zaka Kicks.
- Claims must be submitted within the 30-day warranty period.
- Warranty is void if the product is altered, misused, or intentionally damaged.
- Zaka Kicks reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet warranty requirements.
